Blackboard Menu Free Tutorial by Melissa of Crafting With Cat Hair Blog

I thought you'd like to know that Melissa of  Crafting With Cat Hair blog  has a tutorial on her blog showing you how to make a blackboard menu.

Blackboard Menu Tutorial

Here's what Melissa had to say about her tutorial:  Many of my kitchen projects are still works in progress, but I did manage to finish this mini project for a blackboard menu.

I made this for my weekly dinner menus. I want to start eating healthy, so I figure if I physically see what I am supposed to eat during the week maybe I'll actually eat it! As you can see there are no menus on there yet, not looking good. Maybe next week. :) Want to make a blackboard menu of your own? It is really simple, and pretty cheap, especially if you have some of the craft materials already.

Here's what Dawn had to say about her tutorials: Since we just moved into a new house, we have been very busy with renovation projects and decorating.   I have searched high and low for pretty art to use on the walls, and have come up short in a few rooms.   A lot of the affordable art that is in the stores is either boring or looks too generic.   So I decided that I would use something I already love working with, fabric,  to decorate in a unique and fun way.

Here's what Melissa had to say about her tutorial:  This is a project that can be completed in an afternoon (or two afternoons if you’re painting). It’s a great way to spruce up a boring dresser. I was inspired to cover my daughter’s dresser after finally completing a quilt for her bed and wanting the furniture to match.

Here's what Alisa had to say about her tutorial: I am still here at the Oregon Coast and still challenging myself to create with the materials I have on hand! After I created my driftwood city tutorial I had a big pile of driftwood left over and I wanted to create a simple, rustic wreath from all the little pieces. I'm sure its pretty obvious by now that I LOVE making unique wreaths - they are the perfect little object to make with what you have on hand! This project (as simple as it looks) actually took me FOREVER to figure out- but I was finally able to make a wreath that worked!

Here's what Alisa had to say about her tutorial: I am here at home on the Oregon Coast and it's business as usual for me! One of the inspiring parts of being an artist is creating outside of my studio and outside of my normal routine. I love being on the road and challenging myself to find new ways to create and while I am here I have all kinds of inspiration to share!
